Bosspac in the middle of the Due Diligence phase
Bosspac has been busy after the Demo Day! We are working with a number of organisations and awesome people to support us and make the project a reality! We are in the middle of the Due Diligence period and it runs until the end of July. After that, we will have the clarity of the funding and resources available to start building the solution. We can’t wait to start development of the first Bosspac’s version and for it to be available for self-employed people to use, yay!
We also had our design sprint that was led and supported by Creative HQ. We built a mobile app prototype and, at the end of the design sprint, we tested it with 5 self-employed people. They were excited about our solution, we received great feedback and it will help us to improve the product.
Special thanks to MBIE, ACC and IR and everybody else without whom Bosspac wouldn’t be where we are now!
3 things that we learnt from the design sprint:
- it helps to answer critical business questions through design, prototyping and testing ideas with customers- all without spending months of development
- helps to see the future and customer reactions instantly, without investing precious resources in the product development
- by sitting next to your customers who play with your prototype, you can learn critical lessons how to improve your product and make it a success!
What’s next? All the teams from the R9 Accelerator are working hard to get their agreements signed with the government agencies. Who will be the first teams to celebrate their deals with the agencies?
